Coimbatore as a city never seen any leading realty developers venturing from the metros in the last decade. It was the home grown brands and leading industrialists harnessing the sector. But In the last 5 years Coimbatore as a city has grown leaps and bounds and it was not expected by many. This sudden growth has attracted leading realty developers from tier 1 cities like Bangalore and Chennai.
To face this new situation, we were commissioned to reposition the current image and design a complete set of launch collaterals for apremium project called Presidium Wisteriea.
